american airlines put out a call to be the AOR for the gamification of their loyalty program, AAdvantage. specifically, they were looking for innovative ways to gamify the experience within their app and attract a younger generation of travelers. we answered their call with AAdvantage +you, and won the bid.
i was the lead copywriter on this pitch and helped ideate the name, campaign, and brand identity.
to make the experience feel more interactive, we made the app move with you as you move your phone.
